Based in Bahia, I'm naturally flexible with timing. I've found the overlap between Brazil and UK/Europe creates perfect focused work windows. Nov-Mar the time difference is -3hrs and Apr-Oct is -4hrs to the UK. Most clients love that I handle strategy while they sleep and deliver solutions when they wake up. Different time zones become a productivity advantage, not a barrier. I also travel to the UK, Europe and US on a regular basis.

What if we've already tried consultants and it didn't work?

Most consultants diagnose problems, write a report or playbook, then disappear. I embed into your business, execute alongside your team, and stay until the results show.
