My Approach: I mapped all 306 UK retailers, identifying specific trigger events: technology stack changes, new executive hires, and operational challenges. Created hyper-targeted campaigns that addressed British retail's unique pain points whilst leveraging their European success stories strategically. The Results: Generated 292 meetings from 306 total prospects (95% penetration). Secured £4M+ in new revenue within 12 months. Established market leadership position. The Challenge: After burning through £4M in funding, this social media tech company was haemorrhaging cash with bloated teams and broken processes. They had separate SDR and AE teams stepping on each other's toes, creating confusion in the market and inefficiency internally. My Approach: Complete sales transformation.
